The Mighty Bryce Knight
The owner/director of Mighty Build. Bryce starting working towards his building qualifications at the age of 20.
While completing his apprenticeship, Bryce had the advantage of one-on-one teaching from a highly skilled builder of 40+ years experience in the trade. From this he gained the appreciation and knowledge of the older style finishing and quality of construction, which some new-school builders today would not have had the privilege of learning.
Before starting his own business, Bryce worked in another company for a further 2 years gaining more experience and working on a variety of building sites, where he started project managing.
Bryce now has 10 years of building experience, with a strong background in residential alterations. However, he has plenty of experience with all aspects of building such as light commercial, leaky homes, re-clads and bespoke carpentry pieces.
Not only will Bryce be on the tools, he can also offer helpful advice on project layouts, quality materials and a wide range of other recommended sub-contractors to complete your project. Bryce takes huge pride in his business and what the team achieve in their workmanship.

Other than Bryce, the team is made up of 4 dedicated builders.
Leon de Boer - Experienced, qualified builder, Chris Francis - qualified builder, Luke Atkinson - 3rd year apprentice and Sailesh Jarem - 1st year apprentice.
The team have open communication and a good working relationship on site. With a small team, each member can put full time, effort and skill into your job. Each day the team grows stronger to achieve great results together for you and your project.
